Has anyone figured out the pattern Joann's uses for their seemingly random "50% off Red Tag Fabrics" sales?

I saw a bolt of something in my local store, and can't decide whether or not to grab what I want now, or wait another week or two. It seems like the last sale they had was right around Christmas time, so my brain reasons there might be another sale around Spring Break/Easter time...
