Thinking Ahead....
Dec. 28th, 2009 02:17 pmI know some people aren't into the New Year's Resolution tradition, but I've found in the last few years I've found that making a resolution or two has been helpful.
For 2010, I want to make a serious effort to stop eating out as often as I have been. It's expensive, and I have a tendency to make bad food choices. I've tried doing microwaveable meals, but I'm incredibly bored with the selection. Plus I find that they are unbalanced - I want more vegetables and protein, less pasta/rice.
The silly thing is that I really like the food I can prepare at home; I'm just too lazy to pack it. So. 2010: The Year of the Bag Lunch (or rather, dinner, since I work evenings).
