Any suggestions?

I pre-washed some fabric for a modern skirt - navy background with red and white graphic print flowers. Unfortunately, the white flowers picked up some of the red and blue dye in the wash (yes, I followed the directions on the label).

Recommendations for products or treatment methods are appreciated!
