Today I've been distracted by flowers....Specifically, ribbon flowers. Lovely froofy ribbon flowers that might possibly help me survive the last of the winter until I can see real flowers. I love the fact that they're pretty much instant gratification: I can make one of the easier blooms in 10 minutes or so, and even if it isn't super life-like, it's small and brightly-colored and rather charming.

So instead of working on the ballgown I need to finish by the 17th, I think I'm going to make ribbon flowers.
