I know some folks on my f-list are hardcore tv show fans, so I'm asking for a little help. I just finished a season of tv and am experiencing the worst post-season depression I've felt since the end of Harry Potter (books, not movies). Any suggestions for distracting myself?

Find a new love? I mean, show? I know how you feel though. I always feel a let down when I finish a book series or TV show.

What show was it?

I'm almost embarrassed, but it was Legend of Korra....The follow up series for Avatar the Last Airbender. I didn't think a cartoon would do this to me, but it was really THAT good. The kicker is that everything was neatly wrapped up and ended pretty much happily. They're even going to have another season, so it's not like it's even over. Part of me feels completely adrift, while the other part of me is agog at how overdramatic I'm being about this.

Oh, don't be embarrassed - I know lots of people who really like it! I've been obsessed with lots of shows and sad when you have to wait for more. I still haven't ever gotten over Firefly. :-)

Ooh, I hear you about "Firefly"...

I don't know the Countess well, but have you watched "Supernatural"?

Yep - my sister was obsessed with that show for the first few seasons...we've been re-watching that a bit lately.
